There are multiple D# (D sharp)'s on the cello. One of them can be played on your D string, and it is played with your first finger in half position (essentially halfway between the start of the fingerboard and where your first finger is in first position.)

Another one is on the C string, and it is played with your second finger in first position.

There are quite a few more, but you can look for them in fingering charts online.

It might be easier to find if you use a tuner to help you know how close you are to it.

I hope this helped!

There are many different D flats on a cello and several different ways to play them. Here's how to play the first three D flats in first position: The first D flat is a low first finger on the C string. The next D flat is a high fourth finger on the G string. The next is a regular three on the A string. Check with a piano or tuner to make sure that you are in tune.

Well people can't really tell you or show you how to play a D flat. I suggest to read books and watch videos. If possible try and get someone to show you.

B flat is the first tape on cello, but backwards extension. Or in other words, low first finger (slide finger before 1st tape)

Is a b-flat low or high?

This really depends, there are multiple b-flats for each instrument and you can play a low b-flat or a high b-flat. So the answer to the question is that it can be both, depending on which octave b-flat it is.
