To completely duplicate the game (which is essentially the game of "Hangman"), you would need a spinning wheel, and optionally a puzzle board that could hold slips with the various letters that could be revealed. There are several hobby designs for these at various sites.
The simplest wheel would be a cardboard or poster board circle with a brad projecting into a wooden base, so that the "wheel" could be spun. More elaborately, a "lazy susan" could support a heavier wooden wheel and allow it to spin with predictable friction.
Several fans have constructed full-scale mock-ups of the stage and wheel for various venues, but none appear to have posted the schematics online.
