There are three different B-flats to pick from. The lowest (below the staff) is fingered left hand - thumb, fingers one, two and three / right hand finger one. The middle (third line) is left hand thumb on the register key, first finger on the A key. The higher B-flat (above the staff) is left hand thumb and register key, fingers one and two, right hand plays the lower side key.
