You can't. The map named "Call of The Dead" was a map pack only released for the first Black Ops. For the final map pack that Treyarch releases they might re-do all the maps from the first Black Ops, like they did for all of the World at War maps. But until then, there is no way to play on Call of The Dead, in Black Ops 2.

You do not even get to play the Map without the Map Pack on your console. Once it is on your console some players could be restricted from accessing mature games, but otherwise you can play the add ons that are on the console. You can not go online and play someone else's map pack
