When you start COD black ops you are always in the chair and you can get out by pressing the triggers constantly until you get out (don't just press only 1 trigger you have to press both) after you go behind the chair and you will find a computer use the computer and type in DOA it should start Dead Ops and after you have done this you can find it always in the zombie mode area in the maps.
