You need to go onto the Play Station Store and go on Game Add Ons - Click on Batman Arkham Asylum - then there are two versions - The one for the special edition version of the game and the one for the normal version. Click on the one you need (its free) then upload and install. Go back to the game, and its in challenges. Then select The Joker not Batman and your all set. IT IS ONLY A CHALLENGE MAP!!
