You have to find the 3 pieces of the meteor in Kino Der Toten.
The first is in the spawn area just in front of the area under the stairs there is a small pedestal in the corner and if you go up to it and hold the use key (X on Xbox / Square on PS3 / F default on PC) it will activate.
If you go the left way around (through the alley) the next piece is at the bottom of a shelf next to a window in the 3rd area on the left route (the small room with stairs going up to it from the stage and the alley).
The last piece is in the dressing room at the right of the stage and is on a pedestal in the corner behind where the MP5K is on the wall.
After getting them all the song will come on and play once but can not be reactivated.
