High: Piccolo, Flute, Bb Clarinet, Bb Soprano Clarinet, Eb Alto clarinet, Eb Sopranino Saxophone, Bb Soprano Saxohpone, Eb Alto saxophone, and Oboe. Low: Bb Bass Clarinet, Bb Tenor Saxophone, Eb Baritone Saxophone, Bb Bass Saxophone, Eb Contrabass Saxophone, Bassoon, and Contrabassoon. Those are all i can think of at the moment.

A typical alto saxophone can reach a B-flat one octave lower than its natural octave and a high F-natural (sometimes F-sharp) one octave higher than its natural octave. So some notes that can be played are A-flat, B-natural, and G-sharp, which are all in the alto saxophone's natural octave.

ALTO! is used in the sense of a (Command to stop!) as with the equine Whoa! Alto also means ( High) as in Alto saxophone. usage depends on intent. Normally means Stop, note similarity to word Halt- there is no initial H in Italian words- so it is Alto!
