To play with a FooPet, you can either
a) Interact with it with the buttons such as 'Frisbee', 'Ball', "Feed', and 'Water', or by petting it with your cursor, or
b) Click the InstaCare button, which will automatically care entirely for the pet (playing with a toy, taking a dog for a walk/cleaning a cat's litter box, feeding & watering, and petting). However, this is a feature for paying members only.
There is also other things to do with your pet, such as buy more, sell one, or breed (to do this, you must purchase a Litter License - two if you wish to breed with yourself - and select a breeding partner. It takes about two weeks).
But that's getting in to too much detail - the basics were listed in the first paragraph.

How do you find out your pets in foopets generation?
When people say generation they are talking about the Foopet's family tree. When you go onto your Foopet's profile, look where it mentions the birthdate of the Foopet. Under that, it may or may not say who the mother and father of the Foopet is. If the mother and father information is not there, your Foopet is a first generation. If there is the mother and father information, you would then click on one of those Foopet's profiles and see if they have a mother/father information. If not your Foopet is second generation, if so then you repeat the same thing with your Foopet's mother's/father's mother/father until you get to the end of it all. Depending on how big the Foopet's family tree is, the bigger it's generation will be. I've seen up to 7th and 8th generation Foopets sooo, yeah.
How old does a foopet have to be to breed?
Your foopet must 1 year old to breed and you got to be a clubfoo member
How you foo pet goes to sleep?
you dont play with them for a few minutes and after the few minutes your foopet should have fallen asleep!
Does it cost money to buy foopet?
yes it costs money get one but you can still play with a pet i the adoption center if you want

To adopt a foopet you must first make an account. It is totally safe & free. Then you have to work in the shelter for 30 days or join "Club Foo" to get a free foopet. What happens in your foopet falls of the edge of the earth?
nothing bad happens. i tried it on a fake account. the edge of the earth is just the boundary of the game. under the edge of the foopet earth is (what looks like) an endless ocean. floating in midair is a city. if your pet falls off, the game ends, basically. your pet just keeps on falling until you cant see it. then you can't play becuz you cant move ur foopet. dont worry-if you wanna play again then just click on 'play' then click on 'heart park' again. simple, huh?
