The answer depends on whose family is being addressed and the relative position of the persons being addressed. If it is one's own family and you are the parent or grandparent of the people you are addressing, then you would usually simply use the person's name and some sort of affectionate name ending. If you are a less senior member of the family, you would usually use a word indicating the addressee's position and, again, some sort of word ending. Hence, if you are the second son in a family comprising mother, father, an older and a younger brother and a younger and an older sister, you would probably address the other members as "otosan," "okaasan," "anisan," "onisan," "anesan," and "anisan," respectively, with "chan" often substituting for "san" in the case of siblings. For members of a family in which one is not a member, if one did not address those members with a name and "san," the same terms, but only with "san," could be used.

Why should you address colleagues politely and communicate with them clearly within the salon or beauty shop?
