I am a dentist. Please, for the sake of your health, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THIS!! I have seen patients that have come into my office with whiskey on their breath (to make the pain more bearable) and a warm pair of pliers in their sweaty hand. The grease was wiped off, but it was a pliers from the tool box. He thought he could "beat the high cost of seeing a dentist", but he gave up. It took me an hour to solve the problems he created for himself and made the cost of my taking care of the problem much, much greater. It may seem to be something simple because you may have seen it done. NOT SO!! You can't be sure of the anatomy of the blood vessels and nerves. If the tooth comes out badly, you can cause a nightmare of damage for yourself. The time, discomfort and expense of attempting to do this yourself to save about a hundred dollars or so is just not worth it. Please, please take the advice of a professional that has seen this more than once. Bottom line here is that there is no way to "do this yourself".
The colour of one's teeth is natural but it is possible for a dentist to bleach them.

You can use teeth effect bands to close your gap. www.teethgap.com Teeth Gap uses special Compressor bands called Teeth Effects to draw your teeth together. They provide "the pull" necessary to move the teeth quickly, and in the right direction. You stretch the teeth effect band when you put it around your teeth. Since the band is stretched out it pulls the teeth towards one another because it wants to contract.
One can find a dentist that specializes in teeth whitening in the white pages. Normally they give descriptions under their ad's. Most dentists specialize in it.
A teeth whitening kit, like the one I use by Power Swabs, contains a bunch of maintenance swabs, white swabs, stain-out swabs, a mouth wash and a toothpaste. Together they help whiten your teeth, without having to visit a dentist and without any procedural teeth sensitivity.
You had better consult your dentist on that one.
You really have to consult a dentist on this; you are not qualified to fix your own teeth.
