First, go to someone's house (the person where you want to post a comment to). There you should see a pinboard on the left hand top corner. Click on the pinboard and then on "post a comment" and type your comment. The owner has to confirm your message before letting the public see your note. But the person could also delete it, so think carefully when you type!
