To post a note on facebook, click on your profile picture. After you did that, under your pic. will be a list of things. It will say, Wall, Info, Pictures, NOTES, and friends. Click on NOTES. After that click on DRAFTS. If it says, "You don't have any drafts." It will say, right after it in blue, "WRITE A NOTE". Then Make a title and write your note. :)
Facebook has a limit of tagging only ten people in a note. If you would want more than ten people to receive your note you will have to send it more than one time. Another way to do this is just to post the note and make it public. Then everyone can see the post.
