It's very simple to post a question in wiki. SO you need to create an account on wiki answers.com, login to this account.
On the left column of this site you can see an option for adding related question , put your question and click on save.

If one wishes to have a question answered on Wiki Answers, one would first create an account and then post the question. Then various users will provide an answer that may or may not be accurate.

You can't. Once you post a question - it's in the system forever. Even if a question is answered - it's 'archived'. If the question matter is 'inappropriate' it will be moved to a more inaccessible area of the site - but will still be able to be seen by supervisors.
You can't ask a question with a picture on wiki answers.
