First, click on the logo that says Buzz (it showed be below where you click on your inbox). Then there should be a rectangular thought bubble next to your name and profile picture. Click in the rectangular white thought bubble and type something in you would like to post, then when you are done with your thought, click POST

No, because you can only have the google buzz on google accounts, which is gmail. Aol, and Yahoo, don't have it....which is why you should always have a gmail account.
