TOEFL is for students who don't have English as their first language. GRE is for English speaking students. You need to take one or the other, not both.
Hi Ideally you should take your GRE by mid dec and toefl ny end dec and dispatch your aplication by Jan 1st week if you are desirous of an iad. if aid is not an crietria then you may take the gre by first week of Feb, the toefl by mid-feb abd dispatch applications by end of feb. Regards
