How do you prevent from losing your save data in lost planet 2?

If you lost your save data, there is only one way you lost it. The "smart" people at capcom decided that by clicking on a different memory unit than on what you saved your game on won't resave the data like every other game on the Xbox 360, it over rides your data, thus restarting everything you had done in the game. You lose all your acquired Noms, Abilities, Character Parts, Weapons, and Campaign progress.

To prevent this: Do not click on a different save device than what you originally chose to use on your game. If you don't have a removable memory unit, you should never have this problem. If you acidentally do this, turn off you Xbox before it is done saving, and you might recover all your data. Or you might not.
