If a man doesnt put his penis full in women body is there any chance of pregnancy?

Yes, there is a chance. This chance is small though. Any amount of sperm/semen that is released from the male's penis that comes in contact with the female's vagina can have a chance of pregnancy. You are probably safe from being pregnant but it is not recommended if you are trying to prevent pregnancy.

What if the sperm is plced inside the womans body herself?

It's very unlikely that this will cause pregnancy but not impossible. Air kills sperm almost immediately. If it goes straight into a container there will be a small amount that doesn't actually ever come into contact with the air. Most of the sperm die though. Fertility doctors take the few remaining living sperm and inject them directly into eggs. This is because the few sperm that are remaining aren't enough to guarantee that enough will reach to egg to fertilize it right when the egg is ready to accept the sperm. With perfect timing and a lot of luck (and a lot of sperm) this might work, but the odds are slim.
