Don't post anything.
The band CashCash does have a facebook fanpage for their group. On the page you have options to view their posts, pictures, twitter feed, and a link to download their music.
It means that you can Subscribe and see all their Public Posts in your News Feed! But your not Friends and they can't see your stuff!
Usually it is the other way around. I would look for 'Facebook to Wordpress' plugins but I have not found a free one that does it. RSS Graffiti is a great app for Facebook to pull your rss feed(s) from your wp site to post on your facebook personal account or business page. It's automated and you can control the rate at which your posts are sent to your FB news feed so you don't flood your followers with posts. You can write 10 posts then have them automatically posted at a rate of 1 a day for example. The app gives you unlimited granularity for the posts (what time, how often etc, down to the minute).
facebook? press the x on the top right of a news feed post. it will give the option to hide all posts by that application
On the top right corner of a friend's news feed there will be an 'x' click in and you can either select to remove that one post by the person or hide all posts from that person.
On Facebook, subscribing to someone's profile means that you will see their public posts in your News Feed, even if you are not friends with them. This feature allows you to follow a person's updates without becoming friends with them.
One reason would be that the person has placed you on their limited profile. This means you can only see part of their posts and profile. Another reason would be that you have blocked the person's posts so that they do not appear on your feed.
The preview is viewed by registered Facebook.com users (there are groups and in the facebook blog). The layout consists of separate tabs for the applications, Wall, Mini-Feed, etc. Network pages will be gone. The layout is centered and blank, similar to MySpace. The number for Wall posts are gone, and so are the times shown for the Wall posts.
For Facebook users:Log in to Facebook and navigate to the 'home' page.If Live Feed is selected, change to News Feed.Scroll down to the bottom of the list to the horizontal bar with "Older Posts" and "Edit Options".Clock "Edit Options". All your hidden Facebook should appear listed in a pop-up window.Find Mafia Wars in the list and click "Add to News Feed".
If you've been restricted on Facebook, you can still see the person's public posts and interact with mutual friends, but you won't see their posts in your news feed or be able to tag them. Additionally, you won't be able to see their profile updates or any interactions they have with your posts. To confirm, you can check their profile directly; if you can see their public content but not interact fully, it suggests you've been restricted rather than blocked.
If you hide a use on Facebook, they do not know. You are only hiding all posts by that user on your News Feed, which is a private setting.
You should change the settings for your news feed on Facebook
