Well you put paper in the printer. That's number 1 :) 2. Make sure it's plugged in and plugged in to your laptop or computer.
3. Write what you want to print in microsoft.
4. go to file... print preview. Is that what you want? If not, change it. Sometimes it comes out bigger than what you want so always check it first.
5. go to file...print. Pick the printer you will print it out on and press OK.
