You go to the place where you can surf across to the guy who tells you "you can surf across here to get to Odale Town" them you go to the far end of Muaville (Plz Exuse spelling) use surf and continue on to the Weather Instute beat all of team aqua get Castform. then you can go across the bridge and continue to fortree city. go to route 210 find steven get the Devon Scope and go to the gym. hit "A" when you cant walk anymore. then Viola! you can get the 6th badge!!!

∙ 13y agoFirst, you have to beat the first four gym leaders. Then, you go to Petalburg and beat you Dad. Yep, the fifth gym leader is your Dad. Then you go to Wally's and get Hm 04, Surf.
