you need to get in your Tahoe

1. put the key in the ignition

2. hold down the unlock button

3. continuing holding down the unlock button, turn the ignition on, then off, then on, then off again.

4. Release the unlock button(The Locks shoul lock then unlock)

5. Press the unlock and lock buttons on the remote at the same time and hold for 15 seconds

if you have done it right after 15 seconds the locks should lock then unlock

and your remote is programmed

after this turn the key to the on position to exit program mode

Using the OBD2 connector under the dash. You need to check the connector, it is numbered 1-8 on the top and 9-16 on the bottom. You will need to jump #4 and #8 pin with a paperclip or wire. The locks will cycle off and on once it is jumped. When the locks cycle, press the lock and unlock buttons on the key fob and hold until locks cycle again. (some GM vehicles you need to turn the key on for this, not usually on the suburban.) Once the locks cycle again, it should be programmed. You will need to do this for each fob.
