What I did was get a new ECU that had the Imobiliser removed, perhaps not so secure but they are known to be trouble. Cost about £80. Had no problems since.

the simplest way is to turn the ignition key to the run position. do not start the vehicle. then, at the same time, press the lock and unlock for 15 seconds. turn the ignition off and remove the key. your keyfob should be functional at this point. use the same process after installing a new battery in the keyfob.
Take a stanley blade and take it all the way round the plastic on the light it will then remove.. take a bit of bonding gliue and put the new plastic on
Well, I have had a problem with my sister hazard light button, Some of the Renault Components are so cheaply made they are just not built to last. I would go down to your local Renault dealer and buy a new one for £9. Although there is still no harm in stripping the component down and locating the problem :D. hope this helps!
