ナタリア (nataria) is the Japanese word for "Natalia". It's pronunciation is the same except for the "l" which is sounded as a combination of r and l. I guess the easiest way to think of it, is to not relax your tongue at the top of your mouth when sounding it.

There are several different ways to spell Natalia in Japanese.

I'm not sure if you know about Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji, and Romaji, but those are the "alphabets" of Japanese. (Romaji is Japanese in English, and Kanji are those characters similar to those used in Chinese)

Usually when writing a foreign (American) person's name, you will write it in Katakana.

In Katakana you spell Natalia like this:

ナタリア

na-ta-li-a

In Hiragana you spell Natalia like this:

なたりあ

na-ta-li-a

Hope that helps!
