It depends on what Spanish word you use for it. If you use "raro," it would be pronounced "RAH-ruh." If you use the word "extraño," it would be pronounced "ex-TRAHN-yo." Obviously, if you want to refer to something grammatically female, you would use the feminine versions of those: "rara" and "extraña." There are also some other words you might use for "weird," but those are two of the most common.
