∙ 11y agoFirst, you have to get the relationships status to extremely irresistible. You do that by clicking on romantic and flirting, kissing, etc. Next, when you get the relationship to extremely irresistible in the romantic section again you'll see propose marriage and then, if you have generations you can throw a bachelorette or bachelor party by simply planning a party using the computer or phone. Same with planning a wedding.
