People have differing opinions on the state of the planet and what our actions do it it. What you may consider harmful, others may not. The amount of evidence claiming our actions are hurting the planet is limited, and isn't enough to convince some. Since there is much debate in the scientific community on the subject, it can't really be said whether someone's opinion is right or wrong. In short, what you may consider 'saving the planet,' another may not.
A scientic law is universal and it formed after various tried and tested experiments .We also know its limtations and conditions .it cannot be changed .Example , Mendels law , newtons law of gravitation etc whereas theory generalise the constant results of experiments , theories can be improved and changed .example Darwin's theory of evolution On the other hand ,law cant be changed.
