enforcement more effectives to human activities
Mainly the northern states (Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota etc. Which is where the blanding's turtle is most common) but in theory everybody is trying to protect it from being extinct. (Because it is endangered.)
They are not extinct they can be found in Florida

The turtle doesn't need anything to protect itself it just has its own shell to protect itself. The turtle gets in its shell and stay there until the enemy is out looking for new preys
the functions of a turtle are legs= swimming mouth= moving/eating
WWF doesn't do anything to protect extinct organisms. When a species has become extinct it's lost, gone forever. Not much point in trying to protect something that isn't there any more.
One species that I've learned about that is highly endangered is the Kemp Ridley's Sea Turtle. It lives in the Gulf Of Mexico(:
The conservation status for the green sea turtle is Endangered. There is one conservation status worse, Critically Endangered, before the green sea turtle would reach Extinct or Extinct in the Wild.
