If you mean on here - your original question cannot be changed. However - someone may edit it if they think it's asking the same as someone else's question - in which case, they are grouped together so that they get the same answer.
For example - say someone's already asked the question 'When does McDonalds open on Xmas day ?' - Another person asks 'Is McDonalds open on Xmas day' These are obviously asking the same question, therefore if you edit the latter question to look like the first, they will be merged together. However - the original format of the two questions doesn't get changed.
