How do you prove people are Christians? Do they have to go to church every sunday? Do they have to read their bible regularly? You can no more "prove" that I am a Witch or a Christian unless you observe me, get to know me, and find out what my beliefs and customs are. If you did this, then you would know that I am a Witch and not a Christian... but the question is why do you have to "prove" anything?
They tried to prove that they were witches by throwing them in a pond with their hands and legs tied together and if they floated they were a witch and were taken to be hanged and if they sunk then they were innocent but they died by drowning.
I wouldn't say that they were discovered so much as falsely accused. Witches are mythical (at least in the sense that you mean).most were discovered by towns people wrongfully accusing people because they did not like them but some tryed to prove a point that witches were not devil worshiper but they just ended up being killed
because i deont knpw
Witches would probably tell you yes. More sceptical people would say, "prove it." Make up your own mind.
Probably witches.
witches don't exist but the people killed because people thought they were witches are Innocent in movies and films they are evil
because witches were very scary then people didnt think witches were very nice
There were no real witches in salem.
people believed witches could change the weather and change people's appearances and personality's
Witches are not real.
People were scared of what witches could or would do with their power. They considered all witches evil, which was not, in fact, the case. Indeed, there were evil witches, but there were also good witches.
People still believe in witchcraft and witches. This has never gone away, but centuries ago people who had red hair were often seen as witches and people who were not part of a community but considered outsiders or odd were seen as witches. Witchcraft was often used to explain events in a community.
