You can put tattoos on players in NBA Live 2005, so if you can't in the newest games, its a step in the wrong direction.

Any hall of fame NBA players from duke?

i dont think so...duke has never really put out any good quality nba players no duke player has been succcesful in my opininonThere is no Pro Basketball or NBA Hall of Fame. The Basketball Hall of Fame is littered with players you have never heard of who never played in the NBA. Women players, foreign players, college players, all end up in the same hall of fame.

Which is better NBA 2K9 or NBA 2K10?

NBA 2K9 didn't have that huge step up that NBA 2K10 did. When I first got NBA 2K8, I thought, "Wow. This looks like the real thing." A few of the improvements of NBA 2K9 from NBA 2K8: NBA 2K9 had realistic crowd reactions. It also had smooth post and perimeter game play. Now, compare NBA 2k10 with NBA 2K9. NBA 2K10 had My Player Mode. It's basically a career mode in which you create your own player and bring him up throught the draft, and play in all the games. NBA 2K9 didn't have that mode, although NBA Live 09 did. But Live 09 cannot compare to even ESPN NBA 2K4. Another improvement in NBA 2K10 are the menus. 2K9 had more menus than at a restruant, whereas 2K10 is easier to navigate. NBA 2K10 also had NBA Today. Think... Dynamic DNA for the Live series. 2K10 also has improved graphics. On the sidelines, you can see the players in their team respective warm-up suits. For example, if the Lakers were playing the Cavs in Cleveland, L.A. would be wearing their purple-with-gold-sleeves warm-up. Splash-graphics based on real-world stats were also put into the game. Actually, this really factors in the commentary, leading to a much more conversational broadcast experience. For better or worse, gone are the days where you could be controlling KB24 for the entire half using turbo. Now, there is a fatigue factor. If a player is getting tired, he'll start jogging or walking back. I know a whole bunch of people have been taking about frame-rate issues. Well, when I got NBA 2K10, the frame-rate gave me no grief, (I have PS3) and I actually had the smoothest game play ever. Also new are facial animations. They'll yell and pound their chest when they're hyped up. They'll look surprised when they get a hand in their face on a wide open perimeter jumper. They'll frown and grimace when the other team makes a shot, or when they're angry. The arena's atmosphere leads to a much more realistic game. More crowd chants, and they're much more timely. Well, that wraps up the NBA 2K10 WikiAnswers review. For the full detailed review, head over to IGN.com.

How many players are on an NBA roster?

From Larry Coon's CBA FAQ An NBA team can have a maximum of 15 players on its roster during a season. A team must have 12 players on its active roster1, although they can drop to 11 for up to two weeks at a time. They must suit-up at least eight players for every game. Any remaining players must be on its Inactive List, and are ineligible to play in games. A team must have a minimum of one and a maximum of three players on its Inactive List, although they can drop to zero for up to two weeks at a time, and can temporarily have four (bringing their roster size to 16) with league approval in the event of a hardship. The composition of the Inactive List can change on a game-by-game basis -- no less than 60 minutes prior to tipoff, the team must present to the official scorer a list of the players who will be active for that game. A player can be inactive for as little as one game. While individual teams are only required to carry 13 players, (12 active and one inactive), the NBA also guarantees a league-wide average of at least 14 players per team. The league is surcharged if they do not meet this obligation. Injured Reserve is the former name of the Inactive List. It was originally intended for players who were injured and unable to play, however teams often used it as a convenient place to stash extra players. While a medical reason was required for players to be put on Injured Reserve, the league did not insist on an independent physician confirming the diagnosis. Thus it was common for a seemingly healthy player to suddenly develop "back spasms" right before rosters were cut to 12 players, and spend the entire season on Injured Reserve as a result. With the 1995 CBA they gave up the ghost, dropped the medical requirement, and changed the designation to "Inactive List." (The cynic will note that marginal NBA players seem to have a lot fewer back spasms nowadays.) Players assigned to the NBA Developmental League (see question number 78) are automatically placed on their team's Inactive List. During the offseason a team can have up to 20 players on its roster. For 2011-12 teams may have 13 players on their active rosters. A team with 13 active players does not need to have any players on its Inactive List. This change may become permanent starting with the 2012-13 season.

Can you make a team in NBA 09 for Wii?

No, you can't. But, you can got to MY NBA LIVE and change the roster. You can put all the players you like on one team and save it. It's kind of creating your own team.

What are the most injured NFL positions?

It depends on what you consider most injured. Using players on IR as the numbers, statistics from 2006-2009: Linebackers has been the position to put most players on the IR in the years in question. This is due to having the most players on the field at one time (3.5 on average) and also being a significant part of special teams. However, RB is the position that is most likely to suffer injury. They put 150 players on the IR from 06-09, but only account for 1.5 players on the field at any given time. At the other end of the spectrum, QB is the least injured player on the field.
