First you have to save the movie to your computer. (Sorry i don't know how to do that) then plug your USB in and find the movie file, then click and drag it onto the screen displaying all the saved data on your USB.
If this doesn't work then for some reason the movie could not be copied. Try making sure that you have enough room on your USB and that it can run an XViD file.
