You cannot put FaceTime. The software is exclusive only to iOS and Mac OS. Chromebooks use Google Hangouts for video calls just like you would use Skype on a PC. However, Skype is not available for Chrome OS. Hangouts work really well.
Unfortunately, no, an Asus Chromebook cannot run Arma 3. Arma 3 is a high-demanding PC game that requires Windows OS and powerful hardware, which Chromebooks typically lack. However, you can enjoy other lightweight games and productivity tasks seamlessly on your Asus Chromebook, And if you do care about high demanding games then you can consider some other laptops.
I would recommend the X200CA Asus Laptop. It has an 11 inch display, better characteristics than the Chromebook and is almost at the same price. If you are willing to pay a bit extra for a touchscreen display for your laptor, better get the Asus VivoBook S200E.
Quality laptops from various brands like HP, Apple, Acer, Microsoft Surface, Dell etc. are available for everyone. One can get business, gaming and general laptops at discounted rates. Visit laptopeveryone. com for more details.
You can upload pictures to Facebook through your Chromebook. If your pictures are saved in the Chromebook's SSD, Facebook should be able to recognize the drive and you can upload it from there. If your pictures are saved in the cloud (ex: Google Photos), you can download the photos to the Chromebook's SSD, turn around and upload it from there to Facebook (note: Google Photos on the desktop doesn't allow for sharing to Facebook directly, but does allow it on a mobile device).
