Hi, to get manaphy in diamond and pearl you need a copy of Pokemon ranger. complete it and got into ranger net. do the mission rescue the egg to get a manaphy egg. now, get a friend with a DS and get him/her to load up your diamond/pearl game but not go past the menu screen. load up Pokemon ranger and go into ranger net. select send the egg and choose via wifi. click the receive egg option on the d/p game and continue to your game. go into any pokemart with a spare slot in your party and talk to the guy in the green suit. he will give you the egg. now, just hatch it! hope this helped.
