If manual, press clutch in properly, press stick to the left so that you are between one and two, then push harder to overcome the extra pressure and slide forward. With some you might have to push down on the stick too. If the car is an automatic make sure you hold in the brake.
No, but it allows you to get more bhp out of your engine without overheating your turbo.
You can put a BMW 525 engine into a BMW 325. The motor mounts will need to be changed. The 525 engine motor mounts will not match the 325 engine compartment.
lol, B.M.W power steering!
ok first you push the clutch in... then with the car in neutral you push the shifter down (like trying to push it through the floor) then pull it to your right knee and push toward the dash ...and boom you got it
Don't Think You Can.
BMW's as a rule prefer Premium gasoline. Never put the cheapest kind in, unless of course you don't mind not getting the maximum performance and longevity out of your engine.
I know on the 06 Z4 you just have to pull toward you a little harder, its kinda spring loaded reverse and first are side by side they do this to keep you from shoving it in reverse on a shift down.
tork converter lock is engaged.
I would check the idle air solenoid on the intake manifold
Yes, most recent BMWs use the same bolt pattern. However, most people put E46 wheels on E36's, not the other way around.
No
Put the fourwheeler in neutral and pull the small metal lever above your left foot backwards. The lever is about 6 inches above the foot peg on the left side.
