How do you get the rollercoaster to the top of a hill on Roller Coaster Tycoon 3?

Pick 2 or more prime locations for guest drop-offs. Once you have these selected, build the transport ride much the same way you would any other coaster. There is one very important difference, however, when building a transport ride: each station you build needs its own entrance and exit! You should have no trouble building your first station's entrance and exit as they appear automatically when you complete the ride's track circuit. The second and additional sets require a not so obvious solution. To make this happen, click on the "Details" (the red rollercoaster car with the "i") button on the ride's circular menu on the lower right of your screen. (Note: do NOT click that same button whilst in the ride's construction mode as this will not help you at all!) When you get to the Details menu, there are two buttons: one builds an additional ride entrance, the other, an additional ride exit. Hope this helps.

When it's time to put coaster file in a folder. You bring the file to this folder...

Start>Documents>RCT3>Coasters

Then put it in that folder. Now run the game and go start up one of your files, go to the coaster type you just downloaded, open that saved track folder and it should be in there.

You just click the flag and there will apear 3 flags( red, orange and green )

if you click the orange flag you will be able to test the roller coaster if you use the coaster cam. green and red is to open and close the roller coaster.

just build the rollercoaster upwards and put the chain on and the cars should be able to go up the hill and down also.

click on ride then click on the coaster with the i on top the click the save icon and then save it and then you will be able to open it in a different game lol but it doesent save scenery.

Yes, You can make any rollercoaster you want. you can even make boat rides you can make tall and fast Roller Coasters by using the air powerd coaster (first on list)
