(Possibly) those funds that belong to a joint owner of the account and not to the child support obligor.
Certainly. However, the bank account may get garnished or attached by the court to pay back amounts.
The State can place a lien on bank accounts and other assets. The lien freezes the account.

They take the money...sometimes all of it depending on what is owed and process it through the states central collection unit for child support. They money is then transferred to the custodial parent.
You must pay off the lien. The bank will insist it be paid off from the proceeds of the loan. The child support lien has superiority over any subsequent mortgage. The lender must make certain it is paid before handing any money over to the child support delinquent.
File for support as if the parent were not incarcerated. If the parent owns property such as a bank account or real estate it can be levied or have a lien placed against it. The child support amount granted will accrue while the parent is in custody and he or she will be held responsible for payment of arrearages when released.
Contact your State's child support agency about filing a lien.
No Lien accounts are account on which the concerned bank could not exercise its right of general lien (general terms and conditions).
NO!
I'm not aware of such a lien. However, the settlement will presumably end up in a bank or investment firm somewhere, where it would be subject to lien.
