You have to Finish the Movie/Publish it in Windows Movie Maker first, before you can upload it to facebook (or anywhere for that matter). Finishing/Publishing the video exports (converts) the project into a Standard Viewing format.
You have to Publish/Finish the Windows Movie Maker project video first. Once this process is complete, the file in now in Standard viewing format (wmv) and can be uploaded to Facebook, or wherever you would like.
