To show livestock at the California State Fair, you can be in the FFA or 4H to do so.
Rabbits are animals that can and do need to be registered for 4H. (A pedigree may also work depending on the location of the club). However, if you are looking to display rabbits in shows, then most do not require you to be a member of 4H, therefore the rabbit will not need to be registered with the club.
The answer is a Lionhead, if you are interested in animals please join a 4h group near you on 4-H.org
To go from 2w to part-time 4h put the transmission into N, while coasting at anywhere up to 40mph and pull the lever up to 4h. To go to 4l from 4h you have to coast at around 2-3mph put the transmission into N and push down on the lever a little and then pull it up into 4l.

4H is a youth group and they do have a pony club. You can find out more about them on 4H site.
4h + 6 = 22 So 4h = 16 and then h = 4
Generally, a non 4-H member can "Open-exhibit" in the County fair. Anyone living the county who is not a junior exhibitor should be eligible to enter in the Open Class.
You do not have to be a 4H member to watch a 4H show, but you do have to be a member to be in the 4H show.
No, you can't put baby oil on a rabbit. Anything you put on a rabbit will end up inside the rabbit because rabbits clean themselves by licking themselves. Baby oil is not safe for a rabbit to ingest and can make the rabbit sick. There is no good reason to put baby oil or any kind of oil on a rabbit. If your rabbit is sick, you should bring it to a vet who has experience and knowledge in treating rabbits.
