1) Go to dashboard
2) On top of page, click on your Tumblr title (next to where it says dashboard)
3) Click on settings
4) Scroll down to where it says "Ask" is gray
5) Check the "let people ask me questions" page
6) Title it whatever, and it will appear on your tumblr :)
