You don't. This isn't a fill in the blank site. You just ask a normal question and it will get answered. If you have a fill in the blank question, you will have to convert it into a normal question. For example, if your test says "The ___ was the first submarine" you would ask "What was the first submarine?"

It is possible that you are misunderstanding something. It is not rude to blank someone's answer. What is rude, and not acceptable, is to blank a good answer. Sometimes people will blank a good answer (an answer that actually answers the question given) and put nonsense in its place, or will put another inaccurate answer in its place. Just as bad is making some small change to a good answer that needs minor editing and then taking credit for the answer. If your change to an answer makes a significant addition to the answer or corrects some part of the answer, it is probably reasonable to take last editorship even if your edit is brief. It's the nature of the edit that makes a difference.Answers that are obviously vandalism, or rude comments about the spelling or grammar of a question, or that are obvious attempts at humor that don't address the question, are all ok to blank. In fact it is good to do so.
Giving an answer is likely the process that is prompted by a question.
No such thing as a blank gun. You can put blanks in a gun though.
Click the form where you would 'blank post' and press Alt-F4. Or alternatively, put #blank in the e-mail field.
