Clutches don't usually need oil. Check your vehicle manual !

On the lower left side next to the clutch spring there is a twist knob. Unscrew it and put some oil in it
10w-30 engine oil preferably motorcycle type oil for wet clutch.
About 2.5 Quarts of 10w 40 wet clutch oil.
The clutch does not use oil, it uses DOT3 brake fluid. The clutch cylinder gets its brake fluid from the brake cylinder and is directly below it. Add fluid to the master brake cyliinder reservoir.

Remove the clutch cover or the primary chain inspection cover and add the transmission oil there.
Yes If the power steering oil was put in the clutch hydraulics those hydraulics are ruined. If in some weird way it got onto the clutch disk the clutch would slip and drag.
