No, you can't put pictures on Google Images. You can put them into Google+ and they'll show in images.
No you can not.
FlockDraw uses a proprietary protocol to communicate with a main server, which routes your pen movements/size changes/etc. to others in the room. There are a few people, including me, that have reverse engineered this protocol. There is a command for changing the brush radius, and it can be changed to ridiculous sizes, like 1000 or even more.

You don't directly put pictures on Google Images. Those images are crawled by bots and cached into Google Images automatically. Depending on the search frequency and popularity, more relevant (and popular) pictures will appear first, which corresponds to your search.

For me i go to either google images or yahoo images. But be sure it's ok to use and put where you got it and remember to put that you own nothing.
