What I do is that I get petroleum jelly and out it on the holes where the piercing was pierced, in order for the jewelry to slide in painlessly. Get one end of the jewelry and slide it through both holes, then tighten the ball.
You just thread the jewellery intro the piercings, whala done.

They pierce the ear twice . . Then they put a bar in the piercings . it is pretty common anymore .
You take both balls on the ends off. Take out the bar. and place a new one in. and then put the balls on the end of that bar.
It is industrial
what is the way for increasing industrial morale

Yes.
The barbell earring that goes on the upper part of your cartilage is called an "industrial" piercing, but some people also call it a "scaffold" piercing.
The part of the earring that goes through your ear is called "the post".
You open the earring by pulling the lever thingy that can be pulled in the back of the earring then put it on your ear lobe

yes you can
yes they can be reused it just has to be the same size earring to be more accurate. But you can put in any type of stud earring in it.
just take a sterling silver hoop medium sized earring and put a silver key on it for that trademark Janet Jackson look.
First you look directly at a mirrior and notice where the holes for your earrring are next you take the front of the earring with the design and slide it throught the hole after that you put the post in the back end of the front earring and dont slide it in all the way! YOU JUST PUT IN YOUR EARRINGS!
You would probably bleed.
nope not at all heck i have gages and i don't feel them going in...
