Beef bones as they are more developed and give better flavour for the stock. For a strong stock par roast bones in a hot oven for about ten minutes. The caramelisation process gives a more richer fuller flavour.
Probabley because they are being hunted. Sometimes it is a good thing being kept in captivity because they can't eat each other and hunters cant get at them but every animal has a right to be free. They are hunted for their skin or their meat or their bones

The skin is more prone to getting cut and bruised than the bones. Also, bones are more rigid and it heals slowly.

It is risky to feed your dog bird bones of any sort but turkey neck bones are not as likely to splinter and puncture the dog's digestive tract as are the long bones. If you are worried that the dog will get sick from eating raw meat, you can quit worrying. Their stomachs are much more capable than ours for dealing with raw meat and the bacteria that lives on it.
Almost none ... but a bit of liver once a week won't hurt. Milk is far more useful.
