To put music on an HTC Radar, connect the device to your computer using a USB cable. Once connected, open Windows Media Player or a similar media management software, and sync your music files to the phone. Alternatively, you can drag and drop music files directly into the phone's storage if it appears as a removable drive. Once the transfer is complete, you can access your music through the device's music player app.
