I would recommend taking your Harley to a professional dealer to install the rings on your bike. Doing it yourself can lead to more problems and more costs.
Its a 'Glide! Put "Harley Davidson FLT" into Google Images. You can still get the Clymer manual too.
I have a 2005 Tacoma 4WD and put my 1986 Harley FXR in the back. No problem with the weight at all. Be very careful how you load the bike. The tailgate is not built to support that kind of weight and will bend in the middle as you load the bike.
After you put that down
If you have a state resale license and are buying in quantity, you can get the Harley Davidson items at LogoProducts4Less.com at a discount. They carry mostly Harley car accessories, but they also have some unique items. I put the link to the Harley Davidson section of their web store in the related links.

No, a 200 mm tire will not fit on a 2002 Harley Davidson softtail without significant modification, the largest tire you can "bolt on" is a 150/80/16. Harley Davidson sells a wide tire kit to accomplish this, however, the kit is now obsolete but you can still find it if you look.
Everybody has their own opinion on tire pressure, but in my motorcycle shop we put 36 lbs in all Harley tires.
