First build the rat cave go into the basement and the room where you get into the freezer theres like these lockers go into them and you get into the rat cave. Wear the rat suit and the aliens will run away but they cant do anything to you. Water will just send them back to there planet rat styling puts them in the strangetown Jail. When you're in the rat suit instead of the mobile phone icon there's a rat icon, click on it and then click one the question mark and it will tell you how to capture those goons in Rat style.
