It should be capitalised as in Declaration of Independence
The Declaration of Independence was signed July 4, 1776 at Independence Hall. We do not normally put "the" before "Independence Hall." You could conceivably put a comma after the year, separating the time and place.
Nope, just capitalize Declaration and Independence
Declaration of Independence
Maybe or maybe not the Declaration of Independence is safe in side a museam. It can only be damaged if someone brack in and put it in fire. This Declaration of independence have been with the United States of America sence 1776. So my name is Jada Ann Chevalier and this is my mesegee

The Declaration of Independence shows what the USA will not put up with then and now. The Colonies were tired of GB telling them what to do. Without the Declaration we would not be free today. The Declaration pretty much told GB that they were willing to wadge war against them and the Colonies won, which is why we are free today. The Declaration of Independence is the reason for the Constitution.
by the way british put it
Ben franklin
the 13 colonies got their independence from Britain because it was a lot of days for the war, so a general put a white flag to surrendered.
There had been revolutions prior to the American Revolution. But this was the first time a group of people outlined in writing (the Declaration) the reasons they were revolting and declaring that they were an independent state (nation).
