There is no statue ordering on Nabooti Island.
To beat the Sand Room in the tomb at Giza, you pull the switches in the same order as the dots on the bellies of the small statues (one two three four). So you will be pulling the lever on the far right, the second from left, the third from left, and then the left switch. If the sand gets too high, there is a reset switch in the exit at the left of the room.
To put the Jewels in the Nabooti statue: from top it is purple, green, red, white, and blue.

The Nabooti totem, in the museum on Nabooti Island. Five of the seven jewels were removed and are hidden in areas of the island. You have to recover the jewels and put them back on the totem to beat the island.
Bring them back to the museum and put them on the Nabooti totem pole (in the proper order, which is, top to bottom : purple, green, red, white, and blue).
